Why Google will sell seo to Verizon and others
Google will become a Verizon-owned seo, a new service that will compete directly with Yahoo’s free and ad-supported Yahoo, according to sources familiar with the matter.
The deal, which will be announced in the coming days, will be Google’s first with Verizon, and it’s a major step for Google to make Verizon the exclusive partner for Yahoo.
The acquisition will allow Google to get more exposure on Verizon’s platform and improve its position on its rival.
Google already offers Yahoo in several other markets, but the deal will give Google more visibility in the marketplace.
Google is already working with Yahoo to improve its product offerings for Android phones, including its new phone operating system.
In addition to Yahoo, Verizon has been rumored to be interested in acquiring other seo companies, including Baidu, Foursquare and Baidui.
Google has not commented on the sale.
The companies have a long history, with Google taking Yahoo’s business in the late ’90s, and Yahoo taking Google’s in 2003.
Yahoo is currently looking to expand its reach into mobile devices, with the acquisition of its mobile search engine Yahoo Search coming up next year.
Google also recently bought a smaller seo company called Searchlight.
It is unclear if Google will continue to own the seo business, though sources said the deal would allow the company to keep its stake in the seoproducts.
Google bought seo as part of its efforts to help create a free search engine for consumers.
It also began offering a separate seo-like service called Search, which it launched last year and has since rolled out to more than 1 billion people.
Google said in June it would acquire seo after it sold its advertising business.
The purchase of seo is the latest in a series of investments that Google has made in the mobile search market.
Google acquired its advertising and technology company, Google AdWords, for $1.9 billion in 2014, and in 2016 it bought its mobile advertising service, AdSense.
Google added ad-serving technology to its Google+ social network, Google+ Photos, in 2018.
In January, Google added its mobile payment system, Android Pay, to its platform.
