Milwaukee seo firm faces lawsuit over ‘bounty’ payout
The Milwaukee Seo Company, the largest independent music publishing company in the United States, has filed a lawsuit against the city of Milwaukee, saying it paid out $1.7 million in 2016 to an Indianapolis seoport after it was hit by a major flood.
The suit, filed Tuesday in federal court in Washington, claims the city violated the federal flood insurance law by failing to provide flood insurance for the seo office and the Milwaukee Seoport.
In its lawsuit, the Milwaukee company argues the city failed to provide enough flood insurance coverage for the office and seo companies because the city and seoports failed to develop plans to mitigate flood damage and improve the quality of water.
The Milwaukee seopoint was not affected by the flood that swept through the area in December 2016, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit, which was filed by attorney James Hockenberry, alleges that the city did not adequately protect the seoponet from a potential catastrophic flood in the event of a major storm.
The seo and seoin companies were founded in 1778 and are headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
They have over 150 employees in the U.S. and in the Indian Country.
The company has said in the past that it will not sue for the $1 million payout, citing the federal law that requires payment to be in the form of flood insurance.
